Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategy to achieve sales target of Residential & Commercial projects of the Company.
- Participate in various events & exhibitions to promote sales of the Company.
- Ensure smooth sales administration in terms of billing, collections, customer correspondences, MIS reports etc.
- Ensure timely collection of due amount from sold Flats / Shops.
- Monitor the sales activities for the project and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Tie up with banks / financial institutes for projects APF.
- Provide regular feedback on potential Sales and operating issues to Management.
- The candidate should also have good knowledge and exposure in After Sales Customer Care and services related activities to facilitate smooth handover of possession to customer.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good knowledge about all the locations of Navi Mumbai.
- Strong English & Hindi Communication and convincing skills.
Qualification & Experience:
The Candidate should be Graduate and preferably be MBA in Marketing with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Real estate company preferably in Mumbai.
